Communication is one of the most important life skills that we can possess. An important component of communication skill is the art of listening.

This Program aims to improve the competence / skill required for listening:

Recognize the barriers to effective listening
Identify the purpose of listening
Identify the dominant listening mode (type of listener)
Learn a technique to practice and develop Active Listening

Prerequisites: Participants need to take the Self-Assessment and share it with the Program Instructor before attending the Program.

A post-graduate in MBA from Symbiosis (specialization in HR and L&D), Solomon Das has over 20 years of experience in development of leadership skills, soft skills and life skills. Solomon has developed some powerful techniques, strategies and perspectives about life and work, backed by some deep insights from his certifications in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Psychology and Counselling (specialization in CBT-Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Stress Management), Seven Habits of Highly Effective People and Life Coaching.
