Rajnish is an Engineering graduate from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi (1990) and an post-graduate in Finance & Marketing from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (1994). He worked in two leading private sector banks, ICICI Group & Kotak Mahindra Bank, in various business, including corporate lending and retail banking, before becoming an entrepreneur in 2012. Rajnish was also a whole-time director on the Board of The Sandur Manganese & Iron Ores Ltd for 3 year (2018-2020). LECODE Games, his current venture, is currently boot-strapped by Rajnish.
