    It seems that most people are motivated by money; the desire to become rich. Our desire to improve our lifestyle continuously requires that we get rich quickly. Some of the observable behaviours that point towards this are :

    1. The choice to career.
    2. High attrition rate within the first 10 years of employment.
    3. The desire to buy a bigger car, a bigger house.
    4. Going on international vacation every year, if not every 6 months.

    And many more such examples.
