We start this journey of leadership skills development by first understanding in detail the Leadership Competency Development Framework which contains the 28 most important leadership competencies. The framework shown below is a proprietary model of LECODE Games India Pvt Ltd, and all our content on leadership development is based on this framework.

Having got an idea of the Leadership Competencies and the framework, it is time to dive deeper into understanding and developing each competency in the Framework. Content for each competency in the Framework can be accessed by clicking the relevant link in the Tables below.
In the journey of building leadership skills, it is always better to start with getting to know yourself. We suggest that you start with “Self Awareness”, and based on assessments results and reflection, you can choose other topics for development.
You may feel that there is a lot to learn. And that is true. However, building leadership skills is a life-long journey and hence it is better to get started as early as possible. Don’t approach this process with a mindset of “completing” everything. Try and spend about 30 minutes a day in learning / reading a course / articles. It is more important to read and reflect on every piece of content that is available on this Site rather than “completing” them. Learning is best achieved by discussing with others. So do leave you comments / opinions on the courses / articles that you read, and you are encouraged to discuss the same with the author of the course / article.
